JNUSU elections results: Left Unity, comprising of SFI, AISF, AISA and DSF clinched all four seats with a landslide majority.
The Left Unity (SFI-AISF-AISA-DSF) has come out victorious in the JNUSU elections by winning all four central panel posts. The results, which were initially expected to be declared early in the morning, had to be delayed after the counting process was stopped due to the disruption caused by students, reportedly from the ‘ABVP’. Reports say that student volunteers allegedly from ABVP stormed into the counting room and made attempts to snatch away the ballot papers.
The counting resumed in the evening on Saturday.
